Officers have been on foot patrol today in Burnley town centre as part of Operation Centurion, focusing on tackling anti-social behaviour. During the operation, two individuals were issued with breaches of the Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) and will be reported to the council for further action.

A third individual was arrested for breaching the conditions of the PSPO for the second time in two days.

In addition, officers seized a quantity of counterfeit cash from individuals attempting to use fake notes in a town centre shop. Those involved were dealt with appropriately.
